– coordonner la protection contre les discriminations contre les LGBT (à travers le monde)

Jean-Marc Berthon, ancien conseiller d’Emmanuel Macron et directeur de cabinet de Marlène Schiappa a été nommé.

Une des premières missions de Jean-Marc était sur le Cameroun pour aller dé-penaliser et promouvoir les activités LGBT au Cameroun avec une visite prévue le 27 Juin…

L’État Camerounais a interdit de visite M. Berthon qui a du annuler son voyage, malgré le lobby de l’Élysée…

1. On assiste à une guerre de cultures… une culture se positionnant comme dominante et qui cherche à imposer son point de vue aux cultures faibles (M. Berthon n’ira jamais au Qatar)

2. Si la culture dominante S’ORGANISE, METS DES RESSOURCES et une STRATÉGIE… IL FAUT que la culture Africaine en face S’ORGANISE DE LA MÊME MANIÈRE… les actions ISOLÉES DOIVENT S’ARRÊTER pour un ministère AFRICAIN pour la promotion des valeurs Africaines…

3. En face c’est une stratégie sur le long terme avec une action au travers des médias, films, bourses d’études, en travaillant sur la future génération… parallèlement à des actions coercitives par l’aide publique… et maintenant un ambassadeur… le tout est dans la durée… comment on répond à cela ?
